The event was to acknowledge and celebrate the contribution made by Lambeth Mencap volunteers to the organisation over the past year as part of National Volunteers week. The event was held at the Darby and Joan Club in Streatham.
It was wonderful to meet with volunteers, families and users of the services provided by Mencap with many telling how invaluable their work is in providing support, activities and companionship.
