Who are they?   And how long have they been there?  

I don&#039;t recall ever seeing them in the  Mayor&#039;s Parlour or elsewhere in the Town Hall in some twenty years of intermittent visits to the building.

Perhaps a video guided tour of the mayor&#039;s parlour on YouTube is called for?]]></description>
